How do I find my color?

We have designed our color testers for that very purpose. Try a few in the comfort of your own home and see which one you like best. Apply gently to test the color in a small area. View our color testers.  

Remember, Zanderm is a camouflage and not a makeup. Zanderm will give you color, so that the white is less noticeable. Feel free to use a little makeup on top of your Zanderm camouflage to create a flawless look.

How long does Zanderm last?

Every person’s skin is different. The color will fade naturally over a period of time.

How long will one applicator last?

A little bit of Zanderm goes a long way. It really depends on how large your area is to cover, and how often you use it.

Will I be able to use Zanderm with UV treatments?

Zanderm contains no SPF. We have had no reports of Zanderm interacting with UV treatment. If you have any concerns, we recommend consulting with your dermatologist.

How can I remove Zanderm?

Once Zanderm has completely developed (this takes 4-6 hours), it is very difficult to remove all of the color. You can use an exfoliating scrub to help you remove the product faster. Zanderm is designed to resist removal, which is why we recommend coloring in a test patch first.

 

Can I shower after applying Zanderm?

We recommend applying Zanderm after you shower for best results. Showering after application will lighten the color.

Is Zanderm safe to use?

Zanderm’s gentle formula has been dermatologist-tested and approved.

 

Does Zanderm protect you from the sun?

Zanderm does not offer any SPF protection whatsoever. However, you can apply sunscreen right on top of Zanderm if necessary. In fact, we strongly recommend you do!

What if I don’t see a shade that matches my skin tones?

Zanderm does not necessarily match every skin tone. Zanderm is designed to be a camouflage, not a make up. You can view our tips and techniques on how to achieve the best results from Zanderm.

I can’t find a color in your palette that works for me, what do I do?

How much will it cost to ship my product?

The following shipping options are available:

USA:

Orders over $24.99 is free USPS First Class Mail.

Orders under $24.99 is $3.50 flat rate USPS First Class Mail.

We offer the option to upgrade any order to USPS Priority Mail at a flat rate price of $9 or upgrade any order to USPS Express Mail at a flat rate price of $21.

International:

All orders are $13.00USD flat rate USPS First Class International Mail.

We offer the option to upgrade any order to DHL Express Worldwide.

Pricing is based on the Zone your country is in. Zone 2 – $22USD   Zone 3 – $32USD   Zone 4- $42USD   Zone 5 – $58USD.

How long does it take me to get my order?

Domestic:

Standard USPS First Class Mail: 3-7 business days from shipment

USPS Priority Mail: 1-3 business days from shipment

USPS Express Mail: 1 business day from shipment

Once a label has been created for your order, you will receive an email with your tracking information so you can easily track its journey. If you created an account you can always log in and check the status of your order and order history.

International:

Transit time is typically 3-15 business days. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your package is on its way, so you can easily track its journey. Please note: standard postal tracking may stop once your order enters the destination country.

What about duties and other taxes?

What is your return/exchange policy?

We do not exchange applicators if you are unhappy with the shade. Our color testers are designed so you can have experience with the product and shade before you order the applicator.
