How do I find my color?
We have designed our sampler pack for that very purpose. Try a few in the comfort of your own home and see which one you like best. Apply gently to test the color in a small area. View our samplers.
Remember, Zanderm is a camouflage and not a makeup. Zanderm will give you color, so that the white is less noticeable. Feel free to use a little makeup on top of your Zanderm camouflage to create a flawless look.

How long does Zanderm last?
Every person’s skin is different. The color will fade naturally over a period of time.
How long will one applicator last?
A little bit of Zanderm goes a long way. It really depends on how large your area is to cover, and how often you use it.
Why does my Precision Applicator feel like it stop working?
Most of the time, the tip isn’t dry or defective — it’s simply clogged. Residue from lotions, soaps, or natural oils can block the applicator nib.
What is a nib?
The nib is the soft felt tip at the end of your Zanderm applicator — it’s what touches your skin and delivers the formula with precision. Over time, it can become clogged or worn from regular use
How long do Zanderm nibs last?
Nibs don’t expire, but they can clog or wear down with use. Keeping skin clean and capping tightly after use will help extend their life.
How do I know if my Zanderm precision applicator is clogged or empty?

Remove the nib – Use tweezers, small scissors, or pliers to gently twist and pull the nib out. (Gloves help prevent staining.)

Test the bottom – The inside portion of the nib should still be saturated. Press it gently on paper or skin. If it marks — your applicator still has formula inside.

What if I don’t see a shade that matches my skin tones?
Zanderm does not necessarily match every skin tone. Zanderm is designed to be a camouflage, not a make up. You can view our tips and techniques on how to achieve the best results from Zanderm.
What are the ingredients?
Zanderm’s ingredient are: Hamamelis Virginiana (Witch Hazel) water and natural grain alcohol, Dihydroxyacetone (DHA), FD&C dyes and Phenoxyethanol.
Is Zanderm safe to use?
Zanderm’s gentle formula has been dermatologist-tested and approved.
We do not recommend the use of Zanderm on the lips, in the eye sockets or on any mucous membrane. However, you can use it around theses areas. To our knowledge there is no information that would indicate adverse effects from this application. However, our precaution is in line with FDA cosmetic labeling regulations in the United States. We suggest you consult with your dermatologist to discuss any concerns.
Will I be able to use Zanderm with UV treatments?
Zanderm contains no SPF. We have had no reports of Zanderm interacting with UV treatment. If you have any concerns, we recommend consulting with your dermatologist.
Can I shower after applying Zanderm?
We recommend applying Zanderm after you shower for best results. Showering after application will lighten the color.
Does Zanderm protect you from the sun?
Zanderm does not offer any SPF protection whatsoever. However, you can apply sunscreen right on top of Zanderm if necessary. In fact, we strongly recommend you do!
How can I remove Zanderm?
Once Zanderm has completely developed (this takes 4-6 hours), it is very difficult to remove all of the color. You can use an exfoliating scrub to help you remove the product faster. Zanderm is designed to resist removal, which is why we recommend coloring in a test patch first.

Orders over $24.99 SHIP FREE .
Orders under $24.99 are $5.00 flat rate.
USPS Priority: Delivered 1-3 business days from shipment are $10.00 flat rate
How much will it cost to ship my package Internationally?
The pricing for shipping international orders will be displayed at checkout. There will be the option to choose various classifications of shipping. These various classes will offer you economy selections as well as expedited service.
All countries have taxes and duties on imports, this charge changes from country to country as does the value of the shipment that is allowed to be imported tax and duty free.
You are responsible for these charges before delivery. We will not refund your order if you choose not to pay these charges.
How are duties and taxes calculated?
For orders outside the United States, any duties, taxes, or brokerage fees that apply upon delivery are the responsibility of the customer. If you choose not to pay these charges, we will not be able to refund your order.
Customers are responsible for understanding and complying with their country’s import laws and regulations. Once an order is placed, it is considered final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges.

I can’t track my package. What do I do?
Sometimes international tracking does not get updated daily. We can assist you further. Please email us with your order number and we will help you track your package.
My order was delivered but I haven't received it.
If your order is delivered but you haven’t received it, there are a few things you can do:
1) Ask your neighbors to see if the package was delivered to them accidentally and check your surrounding premises.
2) Contact your local post office for help locating the package. Provide them with the tracking number, your name, and your shipping address.
3) Please email us with your order number and we will help you track your package.
What do I do if my package is lost or stolen?
We’re sorry to hear that! Once an order has successfully been picked up by the carrier, Zanderm is no longer responsible for the shipment. Your package includes protection which allows you to submit a claim via email to your carrier. Our customer care team is able to provide more information for you to contact your carrier, please email us for this information.
Delivered: To be able to assist with delivered but not received shipments, we must be contacted via email within 5 business days of shipment delivery. Please note that if we are contacted outside of this timeframe, options for recovery may be limited and or not available.
Delayed Delivery tracking updated: Some carriers may be experiencing a delay. We appreciate your patience.
Delayed Delivery tracking not updated: If it has been over 15 days since order placed but it has not yet delivered and there has been no updates to your tracking, please contact us immediately via email to assist. Please ensure you contact our customer care team no later than 20 days after order placement so that we are able to assist. Please note that if we are contacted outside of this timeframe, options for recovery may be limited and or not available.
At Zanderm, we take pride in the quality of our products and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return policy carefully before placing your order.
What is your return/exchange policy?
For hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges of applicators.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our Care Team at care@zanderm.com within 30 days of your purchase. Our team will review your request and, if it meets our policy guidelines, may approve an exchange or store credit.
All exceptions must be authorized by our Care Team. To process your request, we’ll require photos and proof of the issue. Please do not discard the product, packaging, or any shipping materials, as these may be needed for verification.
If a return is approved, you’ll receive a prepaid shipping label, and no restocking fee will apply.
Zanderm actively monitors return activity and reserves the right to refuse service to individuals who misuse or abuse this policy.

Many issues that seem like product defects—such as a “dry” applicator or poor flow—are often caused by how the product is being used or applied. Please review the following tips under the TAB “Additional Information” hopefully you can resolve the concern without the need for a return.
My package came Damaged, Lost, or Incorrect Items
When your order arrives, please inspect the package carefully. It is normal for a shipping carton to show some wear; however, if damage occurred to the item(s) inside, or if your order is missing items or contains incorrect products, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery (domestic orders).
To file a claim for lost, missing, incorrect, or damaged items, please email care@zanderm.com. Claims must include photos and all original shipping materials. Do not discard the box, packing materials, or items, as they are required for processing.
Note: Zanderm monitors claims of lost, missing, incorrect, and damaged items for abuse. These issues must be reported immediately upon receipt of the shipment.
For domestic orders, claims must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
For international orders, we understand that shipping timelines may vary; however, all claims must be submitted within 30 days of shipment delivery.
Zanderm reserves the right to limit or deny the reshipment or credit of an order in any instance.
Repeated Claims & Delivery Disputes
Zanderm carefully monitors claims related to lost, missing, or undelivered items. In cases where a package is confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier, and no delivery issue can be verified, we are not responsible for reimbursement or replacement. Customers are encouraged to file a claim directly with the carrier.
If repeated claims are made across multiple orders—particularly those that do not align with delivery tracking and confirmation—Zanderm reserves the right to:
- Require signature confirmation for future deliveries
- Limit or deny reshipments, refunds, or replacements
- Refuse or cancel future orders at our sole discretion

Retail Purchases
If you purchased a Zanderm product from a retailer or distributor, please contact them directly. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for merchandise not purchased on Zanderm.com. Zanderm honors the return policies set by our retail partners and cannot process returns for those purchases.
How do I get coupons?
Coupons are sent exclusively via email to customers who are signed up with us — so make sure you’re subscribed! Occasionally, we also share special offers on Instagram @zandermusa, but most discounts go directly to our email community.

Used Up Faster? (Precision Applicator & Starter Kit)
If your Precision Applicator feels empty sooner than expected, it may have simply been used up, especially if applied to larger areas of depigmented skin. The Precision Applicator is designed for small, targeted coverage, not broad application.
The Starter Kit Testers, is intended for testing multiple shades on small areas to help you find your ideal match. It is not designed for full-body or long-term use.
If you’re looking to cover larger areas, we recommend the Wide Applicator, which provides broader coverage and is better suited for efficient, daily use.
Applicator Feels Dried Out? (Precision Applicator Only)
If your Zanderm precision applicator suddenly stops working or feels “dried out,” don’t panic — and don’t toss it! This doesn’t mean your product is defective. In most cases, the applicator nib (or tip) is simply clogged and just needs a quick reset.
This guide will explain why applicator nibs sometimes clog, how to check if there’s still product inside, how long applicators and nibs can last, and how to easily refresh your applicator if needed.

Pro Tip: Zanderm works best when applied in light layers. Let each layer dry fully before applying more. Always apply to clean, dry skin for optimal results and performance.
